Returns & Refunds Policy

30-day returns
If you change your mind, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

How to start a return
Email us at da.pyramids3@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If your request is approved, we'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't send items back before we've approved the return, as we can't accept them.

Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the cost of return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including original shipping. In most cases you won't need to send the item back.

Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Items we can't accept back
For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns of opened or used items such as feeding bowls, pee pads, and grooming tools, unless they are faulty or damaged on arrival. We also can't accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size or item is to return the original (once approved) and place a new order.

Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll email you to say whether the refund was approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take extra time to post it. If you haven't received your refund after that, contact us at da.pyramids3@gmail.com.

Lost or delayed orders
If your order hasn't arrived by the estimated delivery date, email us and we'll look into it.
